| For those of you looking for coutil, this can be sourced on request. Coutil can be expensive. An alternative to coutil is to use a Twill weave for lining & outer fabric. |
| |
For special occasions, corsets having an outer layer fabric such as silk /brocade underlined with a light/medium weight twill and lined with twill, will work well.
For single layer corsets, face the outer fabric with twill and sew the boning channels using coutil casing.
